Länsförsäkringar is building an internal developer platform on Red Hat Developer Hub. Our approach was not to build and leave, but to work alongside the teams that will own the platform, so they can run and evolve it themselves.

A developer platform is only useful if it connects to the tools developers already use. We helped integrate Developer Hub with the existing toolchain, giving developers one place to start.

Self-service onboarding, software templates and golden paths make the right way the easy way for development teams.

Knowledge transfer was part of every step: shared documentation, best practices and hands-on guidance, so the platform keeps improving long after we step back.
