We implemented a GitOps-based approach for infrastructure provisioning, where new resources like databases in Azure are automatically deployed by scanning Git repositories for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). This eliminated the need for manual configuration and reduced reliance on tickets and handovers.

Infrastructure provisioning was fully integrated into the software delivery workflow. As soon as a developer commits approved IaC, it is validated, approved, and deployed – with full compliance, traceability, and zero manual steps.

This initiative demonstrates how well-designed automation and platform thinking can fundamentally transform how infrastructure is delivered – making it scalable, self-service, and developer-friendly.
